I book a limited number of weddings each year so that I am able to dedicate a lot of time and attention to each couple that I work with. I want to get to know you so that I have a clear understanding of what you want your wedding day to be. This way, we can ensure your wedding is personal, special, and one-of-a-kind for you, your family, and your friends.

I work with local couples but also work with couples who don’t live here. I do the legwork for you and am your heels on the ground!

I have been told more times than I can count that I am crazy organized and have great attention to detail. I am passionate about what I do, and I pride myself on my integrity and professionalism.

Hi, I’m Diane Davidson, owner and
lead planner of Diane Davidson Weddings.

Since 2012, I have specialized in wedding planning for professional and busy engaged couples who want their day to be special without having to give up 12 months of their life.

I'm your gal with over 10 years of experience ready to guide you through this journey so you are able to relax, have fun and enjoy everything.

I was born and raised in Calgary, and now live in Airdrie, Alberta. I’ve been planning events pretty much my entire life, and then a good friend of mine asked me to help her plan her wedding. It was love at first sight – I knew instantly that this was my calling.

Soon after, I studied Event Management (and Aviation, but that’s another story altogether!) at Mount Royal University, and also became a Certified Wedding Planner through the Wedding Planners Institute of Canada.

A few other things about me:

I think that sheep are the cutest animals on the planet!
I got my Commercial Pilot License when I was 23 years old.
I have been volunteering for the last 20+ years.
I love to travel. My recent travels include San Francisco, Seattle, and Australia.
I am a recovering shoe and purse addict.
I love watching movies (my favorite is Star Wars!). Having BB-8 as my wedding day assistant would be amazing!
I’m completely addicted to candy and chocolate! My favourites include raspberry dark chocolate, mini eggs, and cherry blasters!
