This 4-hour, all-inclusive celebration includes everything you need for a stunning ceremony and cocktail-style reception for up to 50 guests (with the option to upgrade).
From florals and music to photography, invitations, and coordination, every detail is handled by a trusted team of top-tier wedding pros. You can skip the overwhelm and actually enjoy your engagement—knowing you’ll show up on the day feeling calm, confident, and fully present.

How It Works
We host two weddings on the same day—one in the early afternoon and one in the evening—at a beautiful venue with a team of expert wedding pros. You’ll share the big-ticket vendors (like florals, music, and rentals), which keeps things affordable without sacrificing quality or style.
It’s not a one-size-fits-all wedding. You’ll still have space to add personal touches and optional upgrades to make it feel like your wedding—just without the stress or endless to-do list.

Wedding Invitation Design: Beautiful invitations that you can print or send digitally, making your guests feel special from the start.
wEDDING Day
On your wedding day, you’ll step into a beautifully styled venue, where everything is ready for your celebration.
Full Coordination & Direction: We’ll manage every detail, from start to finish, so you can relax and enjoy each moment.
The Diane Davidson Weddings Team: Our expert team will be on-site, providing seamless support throughout the day.
Venue Setup: We’ll handle all setup, including your personal items (guestbook, decor, etc.), ensuring a flawless presentation.
Celebration Timeframe: You’ll have four hours at the venue—plenty of time for your ceremony, photos, and a relaxed cocktail-style reception.
Photography: A professional photographer will capture the most important moments of your day, from your vows to candid moments with your guests.
Personal Florals: Includes a bouquet and boutonnière (or other florals of your choice).
First Look (Optional): Share an intimate moment together before the ceremony.
Guest Experience: Invite up to 50 of your favourite people to join you for your celebration, with the option to upgrade to 60 or 70 guests. Parking will be available on-site for their convenience.

Your ceremony is the heart of your wedding day, and we’ll ensure it’s exactly as you’ve envisioned—personal, meaningful, and stress-free.
Scenic Ceremony Location: Say “I do” with a stunning mountain or forest backdrop—your choice of two breathtaking ceremony spots.
Ceremony Arch: Select from two elegant options: a custom mountain peak design or a timeless classic arch.
Guest Seating: Wooden cross back chairs arranged for a comfortable guest experience.
Officiant: A professional officiant to guide you through your vows and legally marry you.
Ceremony Florals: Beautiful florals that enhance the ambiance.
Live Music: Choose from curated music selections for the perfect atmosphere during your ceremony.
COCKTAIL RECEPTION
After your ceremony, it’s time to unwind and celebrate. You and your loved ones will enjoy delicious food and drinks, while they mingle with each other.
Family Photos: We'll capture those special moments with your closest family and loved ones.
Mobile Bar & Professional Bartenders: Up to 200 drinks served by two professional bartenders—from wine and champagne to beer and soft drinks.
Champagne Wall: A beautiful self-serve display with flutes of bubbly, ready for guests to enjoy right after your ceremony.
Charcuterie: Delicious gourmet appetizers for your guests to enjoy.
Live Background Music: Set the perfect tone with music designed to enhance your celebration.
First Dance (Optional): Share an intimate first dance as newlyweds.
Toasts & Speeches (Optional): If you choose, your guests can raise a glass to your love with speeches and toasts.
Reception Support: Two junior butlers will be on hand during the cocktail reception to tidy and assist behind the scenes.
Decor Rentals: Includes three harvest tables, five cocktail tables, and soft linen accents.
Reception Florals: Bud vases with fresh blooms for harvest and cocktail tables.

This experience is designed to feel like your wedding—not a cookie-cutter package. You’ll choose from a selection of music options, customize your ceremony with your officiant, and make choices around personal florals, vows, and more. You’re also welcome to bring along small personal touches like a guestbook.

You’ll receive a custom online gallery with unlimited downloads and shares, featuring a minimum of 50 beautifully retouched images per hour of coverage. Your final collection will include a mix of candid moments and posed portraits—thoughtfully curated to reflect the joy and beauty of your day.

We’ve taken care of the major pieces—your vendor team, setup, design, and coordination are all included. All you need to do is:
