I'm Diane, and I love helping couples create that kind of wedding.
Whether that means recommending a vendor, working through a timeline, or helping you figure out the logistics of an idea you have, I'll share my experience so you can make the decisions that are right for you.

The Signature
Wedding Experience
For couples who want to get married and celebrate with their favourite people, without spending months planning every detail.
What if the venue, photographer, officiant, music, food, and all those other wedding details were already taken care of?
That's the idea behind the Signature Wedding Experience.
I've brought together a team of wedding professionals to create an all-inclusive wedding experience. The venue and vendors are selected, the ceremony and cocktail reception are planned, and all the coordination is handled for you.
Each experience is offered on a specific date at a selected venue, with a set guest capacity.
You choose the experience, add the personal touches that make it feel like your wedding, and show up ready to celebrate with your favourite people.
It's a different way to get married, especially if you love the idea of a wedding but aren't interested in spending months researching vendors, comparing quotes, or making hundreds of planning decisions.
New dates aren't currently available for booking, but you're welcome to explore the experience and inquire about future opportunities.
Wedding Coordination
For couples who want to plan their own wedding, with an experienced professional in their corner.
You've booked your venue, chosen your photographer, and probably have a pretty impressive wedding spreadsheet going.
But who's going to coordinate all those decisions when your wedding day arrives?
That's where I come in.
We can start working together up to 12 months before your wedding. One of our first meetings is dedicated to reviewing your plans and creating a wedding-day timeline that actually works.
I'll ask questions, point out things you may not have considered, and share recommendations based on my experience.
And I don't disappear after that meeting. I'll check in as you're planning, and you'll have opportunities to ask questions and get advice along the way.
As the wedding approaches, I'll take over vendor communications, prepare the detailed schedules, and get everything ready for the day.
By the time you hand everything over, I'll already know your wedding, your priorities, and the plans we've worked through together.
Power Planning Session
For couples who don't need a planner, but could use a little professional advice.
Maybe you're deciding between vendors, trying to work out your timeline, or wondering whether you've overlooked something important.
Or maybe you've just got a list of questions and would love to talk them through with someone who's been doing this for years.
Bring whatever you'd like help with.
We'll spend one hour focused on your wedding, working through your questions and coming up with practical next steps.
Sometimes an hour of experienced advice is exactly what you need.

Your Calgary Wedding coordinator
I've been planning and coordinating weddings since 2012, but my background goes well beyond weddings.
I've spent more than 20 years working in aviation, where organization, attention to detail, and thinking on your feet are all part of the job. Those skills have come in pretty handy at weddings, too!
I love a good spreadsheet, a detailed timeline, and figuring out how all the pieces fit together. But one of my favourite parts of this job is helping couples figure things out.
I guess you could say I'm the Obi-Wan of weddings. I'm here to offer guidance, share what I've learned, and help you make the decisions that are right for you.
I once had a couple come to me thinking they needed full-service wedding planning. After talking through what they'd already planned and where they actually needed help, we realized they didn't need full planning at all.
And I'm perfectly happy having that conversation.
I'd rather you choose the service that's right for your wedding than spend money on something you don't need.
